Anderson Knight is recruiting an ER Adviser to join a well-established organisation in Glasgow. The Role

As Employee Relations Adviser, you will support the business by managing a wide range of employee relations matters and providing expert, pragmatic advice to line managers. You will play a key role in ensuring HR best practice and consistency across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a high volume of ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance issues
  • Advising managers on HR policies, procedures, and UK employment law
  • Supporting investigations, hearings, and appeals
  • Ensuring fair and consistent application of HR processes
  • Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance

About You

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisory role with strong ER focus
  • Confident handling a busy and varied caseload
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work onsite full time in a fast-paced environment
  • CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable)
