Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Service Support Coordinator on behalf of a leading legal firm in Edinburgh. This role requires an organised and proactive individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to effectively support a busy team in a professional environment. This role is fully onsite, 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and reset rooms for client meetings and events
- Manage incoming mail, scan to the relevant person, and distribute accordingly
- Prepare outgoing mail, ensuring documents are checked, folded, and include all required enclosures and signatures
- Package and arrange courier collections (online or by phone)
- Printing, scanning and photocopying
- Resolve minor issues such as replacing toner and contacting engineers when required
- Monitor stationery supplies and place orders when needed
- Check print bays and restock stationery as required
- Proactively identify and report office maintenance issues
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the Line Manager
