Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Legal Technology Analyst on behalf of a highly regarded legal client. While prior experience in a similar role is not essential, a genuine passion for legal innovation, technology, and continuous improvement is key to success in this position.
This role is ideal for someone motivated by improving legal operations through thoughtful process analysis and the strategic use of technology to drive meaningful change.
The Role
- Manage and progress legal innovation initiatives.
- Support the scoping, definition, management, testing, and delivery of projects through to completion.
- Act as a subject matter expert for key legal technology tools, advising on use cases and staying informed on system enhancements and functionality updates.
- Contribute to the development of clear, user-friendly guidance and training materials, and assist with the delivery of training sessions.
- Monitor and analyse usage data and feedback for legal technology tools, supporting pilot programmes, roll-outs, and change management activities.
- Support the firm’s process efficiency programme, including organising meetings, preparing documentation, drafting process maps, and developing toolkits.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the firm.
Skills & Experience
- A law graduate or experienced paralegal with exposure to working within a law firm environment.
- A strong interest in legal technology, AI, and emerging technologies, and their application within legal practice (direct experience is beneficial but not essential).
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas and approaches.
- A strong desire to deepen knowledge of legal practice while developing new technical and digital skills.
- Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with clear and effective verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
