This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced document production professional with advanced Microsoft Word skills to join a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in producing and maintaining high-quality legal documentation while supporting the wider business with technical expertise and document management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce, format, amend and proofread complex legal documents to an exceptionally high standard.
- Create accurate documentation from digital dictation and transcription platforms.
- Ensure all documentation is consistent with firm branding, formatting standards and quality requirements.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, delivering work accurately within strict deadlines.
- Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of Microsoft Word templates, styles and document automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot document formatting and technical issues, providing effective solutions and guidance to colleagues.
- Build strong working relationships across the business, providing support to legal and administrative teams.
- Assist with departmental and firm-wide projects, contributing technical expertise where required.
- Share knowledge and best practice with colleagues to support continuous improvement and development.
- Adapt quickly to new technologies, systems and processes within the business.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within a document production, legal support, document formatting, or technical document-focused role.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word.
