Anderson Knight are delighted to be recruiting a Sales Specialist to join a leading company in Dundee. This office-based role places you at the heart of the sales team, supporting both customers and colleagues while contributing to continued business growth within the agriculture sector.

The Role

  • Sales & Customer Engagement
    • Be the first point of contact for customers, answering calls and responding to enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and manufacturer representatives.
    • Take ownership of enquiries from start to finish, ensuring opportunities are maximised.
    • Proactively make outbound calls, follow up on leads, and identify opportunities for demos or dealership visits.
    • Support the sales team with machine specifications.
  • Administration
    • Keep our system up to date with all customer activity, next steps, and notes.
    • Maintain the used equipment website and track machine reports.
    • Provide account statements and assist with sales reporting.
  • Operations & Coordination
    • Coordinate machine transport and delivery schedules.
    • Process export paperwork and liaise with parts, service, and sales admin teams.
    • Plan and organise events such as agricultural shows.
  • Yard & Equipment Responsibilities
    • Support yard operations, including moving and handling machinery.
    • Carry out machine familiarisation training and assist with part exchange valuations.

  • Experience in agriculture, construction, or a sales environment (or a keen interest in sales).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, building rapport with ease.
