The Role
- Sales & Customer Engagement
- Be the welcoming first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service over the phone and via email.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and manufacturer representatives.
- Take ownership of customer enquiries from initial contact through to completion, ensuring every opportunity is maximised.
- Proactively generate business through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and identifying opportunities for demonstrations and dealership visits.
- Support the wider sales team with machine specifications and product knowledge.
- Administration & Reporting
- Keep internal systems fully updated with customer interactions, opportunities, and next steps.
- Maintain the used equipment website and monitor machine reporting activity.
- Assist with account statements, sales reporting, and general sales administration.
- Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate machine transport and delivery schedules to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Process export documentation and work closely with parts, service, and sales administration teams.
- Support the planning and organisation of agricultural events and trade shows.
- Yard & Equipment Support
- Assist with yard operations, including moving and handling machinery.
- Deliver machine familiarisation training and support with part exchange valuations.

- Previous experience within agriculture, construction, sales, or a strong interest in developing a career in sales.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
