Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client based in the beautiful village of Luss for an experienced Customer Service Manager on a retained bases. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and professional organisation, taking ownership of a small front-of-house team and ensuring exceptional service standards are delivered to every client. You will lead and support a team of two, overseeing the smooth running of the customer service and administrative functions, ensuring client onboarding is handled efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism. Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time (9am–5pm or 8am–4pm) Flexible options available – 4 days per week or school hours considered Location: Luss (Office-based) Key Responsibilities • Manage and support two team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment. • Act as the main point of contact for all client enquiries, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. • Oversee client onboarding, ensuring a seamless and professional process. • Manage front-of-house operations, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. • Handle day-to-day administrative duties to support the wider team. • Prepare and maintain documentation and correspondence using Microsoft Office packages. Requirements • Proven experience in a management or supervisory position, ideally within a customer-focused environment. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Strong IT skills, with confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • A professional, approachable manner with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. • A proactive and hands-on approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
