Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a Part-Time Customer Service role. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the customer journey, working within the Customer Services Team and reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader.
Hours: 16 hours per week
Shifts:
- Wednesday – 5pm until 8pm
- Friday – 4pm until 8pm
- Sunday - 9.00am until 5.00pm
Salary: £14.29 p/h
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience, ensuring high service standards.
- Process daily rental collections via direct debit and manage customer correspondence.
- Maintain accurate customer records and promptly update any changes.
- Handle customer queries efficiently and issue finance settlement quotes in line with KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations on early termination, unwinds, and finance cancellations.
- Accurately report to Credit Reference Agencies and manage asset registration files.
- Process CCA regulatory statements within required deadlines.
- Adhere to Data Protection and GDPR regulations while managing customer data.
- Stay updated on compliance policies and regulatory changes through training.
- Collaborate with colleagues to build strong relationships and enhance service levels.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance standards, particularly the Consumer Credit Act.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in a Customer Services Administrator role or a similar position.
