Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting a Commercial Property Coordinator to support the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. This role is ideally suited to a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills and a genuine interest in commercial property management, who is motivated to develop their career. The position offers clear scope for progression into a managerial role, providing the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, expand technical knowledge, and grow within a supportive and professional property environment.

Salary: Β£30,000 – Β£45,000 DOE. Fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination of property management operations across commercial sites.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support lease administration, including documentation and record keeping.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with service providers.
  • Assist with budgets, invoices, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and property regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team.

About You:

  • Previous experience in property, facilities, or administration (commercial preferred).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
