As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You will work closely with various departments to analyse financial performance, provide actionable insights, and drive improvements. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop budgets, forecasts and financial reports that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Analyse financial data and performance metrics to deliver insights and actionable recommendations for operational improvements.
- Prepare financial presentations for senior management, including variance analysis and trend insights, to support informed decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted business partner and providing financial guidance to drive strategic decisions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide ongoing reporting on financial performance against targets.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CA, CIMA)
- Strong understanding of management accounting, financial analysis, and business partnering.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload and meet strict reporting deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-finance teams.
