Private equity company based in Soho is seeking an exceptional Team Assistant to support their team.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Assistant to support the team.

Duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising and scheduling meetings, lunches, and events
  • Previous experience working as a Team Assistant is essential.

The ideal Team Assistant will work with utmost discretion and take pride in the quality of their work. They will have a meticulous eye for detail and be able to manage and prioritise workloads effortlessly. The Team Assistant will have advanced computer skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with excellent written and verbal communication.

The Team Assistant will be the go-to person, flexible, and willing to get stuck in – a team player is a must!

In return, the company offers an extensive benefits package and bonus scheme. The role is five days in the office.
