Key responsibilities:
- Complex diary management and meeting coordination
- International travel arrangements across Europe and the US
- Expense processing and administration
- Event coordination and support
- NDA and document administration
- Invoice coding and supplier onboarding
- Minute taking and meeting support
- Liaising closely with senior executive support staff
The successful candidate will have around 1β2 years' experience in a Team Assistant, PA or administrative support role.
