A highly regarded investment firm is seeking a proactive and organised Team Assistant to join its London office on a permanent basis. Supporting a small team of senior professionals, this is a varied role offering exposure to a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Complex diary management and meeting coordination
  • International travel arrangements across Europe and the US
  • Expense processing and administration
  • Event coordination and support
  • NDA and document administration
  • Invoice coding and supplier onboarding
  • Minute taking and meeting support
  • Liaising closely with senior executive support staff

The successful candidate will have around 1–2 years' experience in a Team Assistant, PA or administrative support role.

Skills required:

  • Strong diary management and expense processing experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confidence working in a professional, fast-moving environment

Additional information:

  • Salary: Β£45,000–£50,000
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the London office
