A leading global architecture firm is seeking an exceptional Senior PA to provide high-level administrative support to the Global Head of HR. This role requires initiative, flexibility, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.

Salary: £40,000 plus discretionary bonus and excellent company benefits. Please note this role requires five days per week on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries and scheduling, adjusting to changing priorities
  • Act as a key point of contact, handling communications and gatekeeping as needed
  • Coordinate UK and international travel, including logistics and documentation
  • Manage correspondence (emails, calls, documents), including drafting responses
  • Prepare reports, meeting agendas and follow-up actions
  • Organise meetings, including logistics, materials and room setup
  • Provide general administrative support (expenses, filing, document preparation)
  • Conduct research and support projects as required
  • Build effective working relationships across teams and departments
  • Maintain high standards of organisation, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed
