We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator with PA responsibilities to join a well-established property company based in Chelsea. This dual role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong administrative expertise and a solid understanding of HR processes. HR Responsibilities:
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, reference checks and induction materials.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support HR Consultants and the Leadership Team with HR-related matters, including grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
- Administer company benefits and liaise with Payroll for pensions and salary matters.
- Coordinate staff training and development programmes.
- Maintain the company’s mobile phone and laptop database in collaboration with IT.
- Ensure compliance with anti-bribery policies through annual refreshers.
- Keep HR policies and procedures up to date and effectively communicated across the organisation.
PA Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Finance Director (FD) and Financial Controller (FC), including calendar management and scheduling.
- Prepare meeting documents, briefing materials and presentations.
- Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and efficient handling of tasks.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, reports, tracking follow-ups and actions.
- Handle confidential correspondence with discretion.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
- Manage and prioritise incoming tasks to ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
GDPR Responsibilities:
- Organise Data Champions to update GDPR records and documentation.
- Administer annual GDPR e-module refreshers for all employees and ensure new hires complete their training.
- Coordinate quarterly GDPR meetings.

Package:
- Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience).
