We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator willing to take on some PA responsibilities to join a well-established property company based in Chelsea. This dual role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of HR processes. HR Responsibilities

Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for all employees, including preparation of contracts, following up with references, and induction materials.

Preparation and upkeep of HR records including all related correspondence and HR database ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.

Assisting HR Consultants and the Leadership team on all HR-related matters including grievance and disciplinary matters.

Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures and be the first point of call for all HR issues.

Administration of company benefits.

Liaise with Payroll for Pensions and payroll matters.

Help organise training and development programmes for staff.

Maintain the Mobile Phone and laptop database with IT.

Conduct annual anti-bribery refreshers.

Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and communicated effectively.
PA Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Finance Director and Financial Controller, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments.

Preparation of meeting papers, briefing materials, and presentations.

Maintain email accounts and coordinate and collate all relevant paperwork to meet deadlines. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and reports as required and follow up on the actions.

Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the FD and FC, ensuring timely responses.

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.

Manage and prioritise incoming requests and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.

Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
GDPR
-
Organise Data Champions to update record keeping of all GDPR documentation.

Administration of Annual e-module refreshers for all employees and ensuring new employees complete their GDPR e-module upon joining.

Organise quarterly GDPR meetings.

Promote a collaborative and respectful work environment, highlighting a positive workplace culture where everyone focuses on shared goals and professional conduct.
Salary: £50-65,000 depending on experience with a generous pension and benefits package.
