An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CFO of a leading entertainment and media business.
This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting a senior executive with multiple business interests.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and thrives in a dynamic environment.
This is much more than a traditional EA role - you'll become a trusted business partner, anticipating needs, solving problems and ensuring both professional and personal priorities run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a complex and ever-changing diary.
- Full inbox management, prioritising correspondence and responding where appropriate.
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation and logistics.
- Managing business and personal appointments.
- Providing high-level administrative support across a range of business activities.
- Preparing documents, presentations and meeting materials.
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Supporting finance administration alongside the finance team.
- Researching and arranging travel, hospitality and other bookings.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Managing ad hoc projects and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Anticipating priorities and proactively resolving issues before they arise.
About You

- Previous experience supporting a senior executive or business leader.
- Exceptional diary and inbox management skills.
- Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
