An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CFO of a leading entertainment and media business.

This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting a senior executive with multiple business interests.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly organised and thrives in a dynamic environment.

This is much more than a traditional EA role - you'll become a trusted business partner, anticipating needs, solving problems and ensuring both professional and personal priorities run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a complex and ever-changing diary.
  • Full inbox management, prioritising correspondence and responding where appropriate.
  • Coordinating UK and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation and logistics.
  • Managing business and personal appointments.
  • Providing high-level administrative support across a range of business activities.
  • Preparing documents, presentations and meeting materials.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Supporting finance administration alongside the finance team.
  • Researching and arranging travel, hospitality and other bookings.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Managing ad hoc projects and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Anticipating priorities and proactively resolving issues before they arise.

About You

You will have

  • Previous experience supporting a senior executive or business leader.
  • Exceptional diary and inbox management skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The confidence to use your initiative and manage competing priorities.
  • High levels of discretion and professionalism.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
