A successful asset management firm, based in St. James's, is seeking a receptionist to join the team on a 3-month temp-to-perm basis. This is a dynamic role where no one day is the same! Split across floors in a stunning office with lots of amenities, there will be a varied mixture of duties.
Job Role:
- Meeting and greeting guests.
- Administrative duties for the building.
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Answers phone calls.
- Keeping on top of office supplies.
- Helping the team as a whole with any needs and providing high-quality assistance.
- Assisting in putting together regular company events.
- Setting up board rooms.
- Working closely with the Office/Facilities Manager.
