Executive Assistant – Global Fashion Consultant (70% Business / 30% Private)

We are seeking a highly proactive and discreet Executive Assistant to provide both business and personal support for a highly successful individual in the fashion industry. The role requires someone who can balance professional responsibilities with private matters, acting with efficiency, good judgement and with an excellent eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage communications and schedules to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
- Liaise with and coordinate multiple PR agencies across international markets.
- Oversee press coverage, highlight key opportunities and ensure accurate representation.
- Anticipate needs, spot errors and provide solutions before issues arise.
- Conduct research to support strategic initiatives and partnerships.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the client with professionalism and discretion.
- Work alongside part-time consultants, ensuring smooth collaboration and follow-through.
