A world-renowned architectural firm is looking for a Personal Assistant to 3 Senior Partners on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). The ideal candidate will be hard-working and have excellent organisational and communication skills. You must be someone who gets on in a team but who can also take the initiative and work independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage busy diaries, using judgment to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
- Act as the main point of contact for senior staff, providing gatekeeping as needed
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of senior leaders; delegate or draft responses where appropriate
- Follow up proactively after meetings and events
- Support weekly meetings with agenda prep, notesand action tracking
- Organise meetings, including rooms, catering, logisticsand presentation materials
- Provide general admin support, including expenses, document editing and filing
- Arrange complex UK and international travel, including visas and passports if needed
- Conduct research as directed
- Build strong working relationships across the organisation
- Liaise with teams to help maintain office standards
- Provide flexible cover and support as needed
- Ensure work aligns with internal policies and procedures
- Take on other duties as required
- Act as a contact point for admin-related queries
- Assist with general office admin tasks
- Contribute as needed across the team
Your Skills and Experience
- Must have previously demonstrated experience of complex diary and travel management
- Excellent IT skills
- Highly organised and agile
- Proven assistant duties in a team setting
- Fluent in English and able to work in the UK
This role is 5 days in the office and is paying £36,000 per annum plus benefits.
