Job Description

A world-renowned architectural firm is looking for a Personal Assistant to 3 Senior Partners on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). The ideal candidate will be hard-working and have excellent organisational and communication skills. You must be someone who gets on in a team but who can also take the initiative and work independently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage busy diaries, using judgment to prioritise and adapt to changing demands
  • \\n\\t

  • Act as the main point of contact for senior staff, providing gatekeeping as needed
  • \\n\\t

  • Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of senior leaders; delegate or draft responses where appropriate
  • \\n\\t

  • Follow up proactively after meetings and events
  • \\n\\t

  • Support weekly meetings with agenda prep, notes and action tracking
  • \\n\\t

  • Organise meetings, including rooms, catering, logistics and presentation materials
  • \\n\\t

  • Provide general admin support, including expenses, document editing and filing
  • \\n\\t

  • Arrange complex UK and international travel, including visas and passports if needed
  • \\n\\t

  • Conduct research as directed
  • \\n\\t

  • Build strong working relationships across the organisation
  • \\n\\t

  • Liaise with teams to help maintain office standards
  • \\n\\t

  • Provide flexible cover and support as needed
  • \\n\\t

  • Ensure work aligns with internal policies and procedures

  • Take on other duties as required
