EA to Co-Chairman, Family Office, West End
A family office within the hotel space are seeking a highly experienced, methodical and proactive EA to support their Co-Chairman in a range of responsibilities:
- Complex inbox/diary management
- Acting as first point of contact, prioritising and organisaing effectively
- Taking dictation – must have excellent written communication abilities
- Acting as a gatekeeper
- 60/40 business/personal split -liaising with family/wider household on occasion.
- Always proactive and preempting what needs to be done.
