A top-five global executive search firm is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior consultant on a 1:1 basis in their London office.
This is a fast-paced, demanding role. The consultant leads multiple C-suite searches, manages a high-volume pipeline, and operates across time zones with frequent schedule changes.
Key duties will include:
- Extensive diary management and scheduling across multiple time zones
- Being the first point of contact for internal and external clients
- Organising travel and managing consultant expenses
- Preparing complex documentation to demanding deadlines
- Maintaining the in-house database accurately
The ideal candidate should be:
- An experienced Executive Assistant - previous experience in executive search or professional services would be advantageous
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Confident, deadline driven and focused on delivery
- Proactive with a positive outlook and a flexible manner
- A good team player, client-focused with high attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and juggle simultaneous projects
