You will be a trusted partner to a busy leader, managing competing priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships and keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. The role offers a competitive salary of £40,000-£45,000 DOE with an excellent benefits package and 1-day working from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritise a complex diary; keep the CEO informed of changes and priorities
  • Monitor email traffic; respond or escalate urgent matters as needed
  • Coordinate board/leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow-ups
  • Build effective working relationships with key stakeholders and their assistants
  • Arrange travel and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Handle incoming calls, messages and shared inbox queries
  • Manage expenses, invoices and receipts
  • Support general office administration and liaise with internal teams (e.g. HR, operations)
  • Assist with office events and team activities
  • Provide ad hoc support as required - no two days are the same!

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • 2-3 years PA experience
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of office systems and procedures
