A leading global architecture firm is seeking an exceptional Senior PA to provide high-level administrative support to the Global Head of HR. This role requires initiative, flexibility, discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities independently. Salary: £40,000 plus discretionary bonus and excellent company benefits. Please note this role requires five days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex diaries and scheduling, adjusting to changing priorities
- Act as a key point of contact, handling communications and gatekeeping as needed
- Coordinate UK and international travel, including logistics and documentation
- Manage correspondence (emails, calls, documents), including drafting responses
- Prepare reports, meeting agendas and follow-up actions
- Organise meetings, including logistics, materials and room setup
- Provide general administrative support (expenses, filing, document preparation)
- Conduct research and support projects as required
- Build effective working relationships across teams and departments
- Maintain high standards of organisation, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed
- Proven experience supporting senior executives
- Strong diary and travel management skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritise, multitask and work under pressure
