We are seeking an experienced, highly organised and discreet Private PA to support a High-Net-Worth Family and High-Profile Individual with both personal and household management. This is a fast‑paced and varied role requiring exceptional attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly. The successful candidate will be proactive, calm under pressure and confident handling sensitive and confidential matters. The successful candidate will be confident working independently and comfortable balancing time between working remotely and from the Principal’s residence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary and calendar management
  • Supervising household staff, nannies, contractors and external suppliers
  • Managing personal appointments, reservations and schedules
  • Assisting with events, hospitality and lifestyle arrangements
  • Handling correspondence and screening communications
  • Running personal projects and ad hoc errands as required
  • Managing expenses, invoices and general administration
  • Supporting family logistics and day-to-day personal matters
  • Maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality at all times

Candidate Requirements
