A London-based Facial Plastic Surgeon is seeking a highly capable 1:1 Private & Business Personal Assistant to act as a trusted right-hand support. This role is ideally suited to a driven, early-career professional looking for a high-responsibility, fast-paced position with significant exposure to both private medical practice and personal support.
The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet and comfortable operating with autonomy, anticipating needs rather than waiting for instruction. The role involves close daily collaboration and requires exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
Business & Practice Support- Comprehensive diary and calendar management across clinical, business and personal commitments
- Acting as a key point of contact for patients, including high-net-worth individuals, with professionalism and discretion
- Managing scheduling, follow-ups and coordination using CRM systems and digital scheduling tools
- Supporting general practice administration and operational logistics
- Liaising with clinics, suppliers and external stakeholders as required
- Managing private diary, appointments, and personal commitments
- Coordinating travel arrangements, accommodation and lifestyle logistics
- Handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality
- Proactive, organised, and highly capable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable supporting a high-profile medical professional in a 1:1 capacity
- Confident dealing with HNW patients and contacts
