This dynamic role offers the chance to become a key figure in the smooth running of the Principal’s private affairs, with responsibility spanning multiple residences in London and the United States. The position also provides opportunities for international travel for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Principal’s private residences across London and the US
  • Recruit, onboard and manage household staff, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained
  • Act as a central point of coordination for all private lifestyle matters
  • Support the Chief of Staff in delivering seamless operational efficiency across all aspects of the household and family office
  • Implement and refine systems, processes and administrative procedures to improve efficiency and organisation
  • Manage schedules, logistics, and ad hoc projects relating to the family’s private life
  • Ensure complete discretion and confidentiality at all times

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years experience within private households, ideally supporting UHNW individuals or families
  • Able to work across different time zones
  • Strong Executive/Personal Assistant skillset gained in a comparable, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrable ability to operate with the utmost tact, diplomacy, and discretion
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Technically proficient with excellent IT skills and a proactive approach to improving systems and workflows
  • Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to travel internationally as required
