We are looking for a fantastic Executive Administrative Assistant to an established family firm in the premium cigar sector. The role is based on-site in South West London and operates Monday–Friday, 9am–1pm (part-time). The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to senior executives and board members. The role requires discretion, strong judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a heavy workload accurately in a busy environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Confidential executive and board-level administrative support
  • Diary, meeting, and travel management (including complex international travel)
  • Preparing and circulating board papers and maintaining director documentation
  • Inbox, filing, expense reporting and call screening
  • Supporting high-profile events and VIP visitors
  • General office administration, including HR support, onboarding and facilities upkeep
  • Coordination of post, supplies, gifts, and VIP orders
