An exciting opportunity has arisen to support a leading female entrepreneur at the helm of a fast-growing social impact business. She is seeking a highly capable, experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support across a busy and varied portfolio, which includes a successful food and beverage brand. This is an 80% EA, 20% PA position supporting a founder who oversees multiple businesses and has a demanding schedule. The ideal candidate will be experienced, loyal, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The role is split between the principal's home in Canary Wharf, the office and one day per week working from home.

Key responsibilities:

  • Inbox management across several business operations
  • Diary management across multiple feeds and organisations
  • Coordinating complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Supporting in the creation of presentations or social media content
  • Preparation of reports and supporting materials
  • Attending events and acting as a good brand ambassador
  • Note taking
  • Ad hoc projects as they arise

About you:

  • A minimum of five years' EA experience, ideally within property or a similarly fast-paced sector
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Flexible for occasional travel both domestically and internationally when required
  • Tech-savvy and confident across a range of platforms and tools - this is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly discreet and trustworthy
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to anticipate needs before they arise
  • Confident, ambitious and driven
  • Warm, kind and emotionally intelligent
  • A full UK driving licence is advantageous
