A global Executive Search firm that provides consulting and talent solutions is looking for a proactive and dynamic EA to work within their Industrial Practice Division. This is a fantastic company who have just moved into new offices with a great working culture.
About the Role
Candidate must have previous Executive Search experience and be available within or on a 1-month notice.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end administration of the search process.
- Manage candidate scheduling, meetings, travel and communications.
- Provide project management support and maintain accurate database records.
- Build strong relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues.
- Support account management, expenses, invoicing and reporting.
- Format, proofread and prepare client deliverables.
- Manage complex calendars, inboxes and travel for Partners.
- Arrange business development meetings (UK & international).
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and candidates.
- Provide ad-hoc EA and reception support when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative/project management background in Executive Search.
- Skilled in handling confidential information and liaising at senior levels.
- Business acumen with financial awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word); database experience a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
- Experience in fast-paced, demanding environments.
- A-Level education or degree.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary £58,000-£63,000 DOE. Discretionary Bonus Hybrid working options. 25 days holiday Private Medical Insurance Pension Contribution Season Ticket Loan
