Events and Marketing Coordinator Luxury jewellery 5 days in 40K The Brand & Client Coordinator sits at the heart of how the company presents itself to the world and to its clients.
This role spans client relationship management, marketing and editorial, press, events and the digital presence of the house.
Working directly with the founders, the right candidate will bring genuine sophistication, creative confidence and a meticulous approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES CRM ownership — managing the client database end to end, onboarding new clients and maintaining accuracy.
Others may contribute but this role owns it.
Press and loans — coordinating all press loans including agreements and insurance and managing timely returns.
Marketing and editorial — producing all marketing output including Instagram, newsletters, press materials and editorial writing that reflects the tone of the house.
Event coordination — full ownership of exhibition programming, showcase logistics, props, desk setup and campaign creation.
Supported by the wider team.
Photography coordination — briefing photographers, directing the creative, and owning all output files and filing.
Works closely with the team member who physically prepares the pieces.
Client gifting and touchpoints — managing thoughtful, well-timed outreach including birthdays, congratulatory moments and seasonal communications.
Packaging for client sales — ensuring pieces leave the house beautifully presented.
Exhibition and travel — owning the programme, coordination and creative presentation for all exhibitions.
Physically involved when needed.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A refined aesthetic and genuine understanding of luxury brand positioning.
Experience in marketing, editorial, events or client-facing roles — ideally within luxury, art or design.
Confident with digital tools including CRM systems, Instagram, newsletter platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
An exceptional communicator — polished in writing and in person.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing precision.
