The role is split between personal and business support for the Managing Director. This is a junior role that will suit a first or second jobber.
Personal responsibilities:
- Household management (bills, liaising with landlord)
- Liaising with the housekeeper regarding the running of the household (food shopping, dog food, etc.)
- Managing personal appointments (e.g. doctors, personal meetings)
- Travel coordination (Europe and North America), including itineraries and booking flights, hotels, and car transfers
- Personal invoices and pay runs
Business responsibilities:
- Travel bookings (flights, hotels, transfers)
- Managing corporate receipts
- Scheduling in-person and Teams meetings and preparing supporting documents
- Diary and inbox management
