Role Overview
As a Jewellery Designer/Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the design process, assisting with production and contributing to marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for presenting initial designs, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring the smooth execution of projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Jewellery Design & Production
- Contribute to all aspects of jewellery design, evolving the creative vision.
- Collaborate with designers, gemstone suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Coordinate with researchers, marketing, and PR consultants to ensure brand consistency.
- Marketing & Brand Development
- Assist in the development of invitations, press releases and promotional materials.
- Source packaging and display solutions for product presentation.
- Support the organisation of collection previews, marketing campaigns and international exhibitions.
- Assist in client presentations, PR/media engagements and photography sessions.
- Contribute to building brand recognition and driving sales while preserving artistic excellence.
- Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of design progress and project documentation.
- Organise and manage the design filing system.
- Capture and update gemstone and jewellery content for marketing and sales purposes.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, tracking production timelines and shipments.
