A leading global architecture practice, responsible for some of the world’s most iconic buildings, is seeking an exceptional Cover PA to support senior members of the practice, architectural teams and wider design teams as required. This role demands a resourceful, flexible and proactive individual who can work confidently on their own initiative. A high level of responsibility, discretion and confidentiality is essential, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex diaries, balancing competing priorities and changing demands
- Act as first point of contact for senior leaders, gatekeeping as appropriate
- Manage calls, emails and correspondence; draft responses and prepare briefing information
- Coordinate meetings, including agendas, notes, logistics, room bookings and presentations
- Anticipate and initiate follow-up actions after meetings and events
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including expenses, filing and document preparation
- Arrange complex UK and international travel, including visa and passport support
- Undertake research and ad hoc projects as required
- Build effective working relationships across senior management and teams
- Liaise with departments to maintain office standards and procedures
- Support team queries and provide cover as required

- 1 year+ proven experience in complex diary and travel management
- Highly organised, resilient and able to prioritise under pressure
- Discreet and trusted in handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
