We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant with extensive experience supporting Chairmen, CEOs, Founders or Board Directors within a corporate environment who is seeking a unique position combining the highest level of executive support with an international UHNW environment.
This is a highly visible role supporting two exceptionally accomplished principals who remain actively involved in corporate leadership, strategic decision-making and board-level responsibilities.
Based from their prestigious private residence in Mayfair, which operates with the professionalism and structure of a corporate headquarters, you will become an integral member of a fully staffed household, providing sophisticated executive support with a strong emphasis on corporate governance, board administration and business operations.
The Role
Working closely with both principals, your primary focus will be their business affairs, ensuring seamless management of their corporate responsibilities across a portfolio of international companies.
Key responsibilities will include
- Managing complex executive diaries across multiple international time zones, working closely with the bookings team.
- Preparing, reviewing and coordinating board papers, meeting packs and executive documentation.
- Supporting board meetings through agenda preparation, documentation management and follow-up actions.
- Producing high-quality reports, presentations, briefing documents and correspondence.
- Managing confidential corporate information with absolute discretion.
- Coordinating documentation across multiple global businesses and ensuring accurate version control within shared systems.
- Liaising with senior executives, board members, advisors, legal teams and external stakeholders worldwide.
- Preparing detailed briefing notes and profiles ahead of meetings, international engagements and high-profile events.
- Providing executive support during major events hosted at the principals' London residence, including VIP, diplomatic and Royal guests.
- Assisting with executive travel logistics alongside a dedicated travel specialist, including occasional international travel with the principals where required.
- Supporting wider strategic projects and ensuring priorities are managed proactively in a exceptionally fast-paced environment.
