Job Description
A prestigious and respected fine jewellery brand based in Mayfair is seeking a highly polished and proactive Executive Assistant to support its Founder. This is a unique opportunity to join a discreet, design-led business renowned for exceptional craftsmanship and clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide seamless administrative and strategic support to the Founder, including managing complex diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements and expenses with discretion and efficiency.
- Act as gatekeeper and trusted liaison, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all interactions – internally and externally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and events across global time zones, ensuring preparation materials are delivered and key deadlines are tracked.
- Support the daily running of the office, maintaining smooth operations and an atmosphere reflective of the brand’s luxury ethos.
- Lead and manage special projects on behalf of the Founder, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met to a high standard.
- Work closely with ateliers and production teams to ensure clear communication and operational cohesion.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and databases.
- Assist with VIP client communications and support bespoke project development.
- Coordinate with PR and marketing teams to support brand initiatives.
- Support in creating write-ups for Jewellery pieces and releases.
