Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to help plan and deliver amazing events for a stunning hotel based in Knightsbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, outgoing individual looking for their first job within Events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact for incoming event enquiries, providing exceptional client care and support.

  • Organise catering requirements and liaise effectively with suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.

  • Manage and resolve any issues or special requests that arise during events with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Maintain thorough and organised event administration, ensuring all details are accurately documented.
