A top global Executive Search firm that provides consulting and talent solutions is looking for a proactive and dynamic EA to work with a partner within their Real Estate Sector. This is a fantastic company who have recently moved into new offices with a great working culture.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end administration of the search process.
  • Manage candidate scheduling, meetings, travel and communications.
  • Provide project management support and maintain accurate database records.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues.
  • Support account management, expenses, invoicing and reporting.
  • Format, proofread and prepare client deliverables.
  • Manage complex calendars, inboxes and travel for Partners.
  • Arrange business development meetings (UK & international).
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and candidates.
  • Provide ad-hoc EA and reception support when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong administrative/project management background in Executive Search.
  • Skilled in handling confidential information and liaising at senior levels.
  • Business acumen with financial awareness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word); database experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
  • Experience in fast-paced, demanding environments.
  • A-Level education or degree.

Salary £58,000-£63,000 DOE.
