Client Manager

A fantastic client manager position working for a highly renowned, top tutoring company based in West London. They provide private tutoring and online courses for under-18s, this includes tutoring for Entrance Exams, GCSEs, A-Level support and more.

The Role

Working within a team of other Client Managers and coordinating together. Onboarding new parents and families. Working closely with parents to understand their children\’s education needs. Recommending classes and tutors. Scheduling tutoring sessions. Answering enquiries. Building and maintaining relationships with parents. The successful candidate will need to be highly organised, have an excellent phone manner and strong all round client management skills. You will need to be able to prioritise a number of different tasks, especially at busy times of year. The role will suit someone who enjoys advising and interacting with people on a personal level. Previous knowledge of the UK education system is helpful but not essential as you will be provided with a rigorous training programme at the outset of your employment.
