We’re looking for a highly organised, professional and polished receptionist to be the welcoming face to a leading Executive Search firm in London. This role requires someone proactive, efficient and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients and suppliers professionally.
- Manage meeting room bookings, video conferences and guest logistics.
- Handle calls, messages and enquiries with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to a high standard.
- Organise couriers, taxis and daily post.
- Update daily schedules, phone lists and office information.
- Provide occasional administrative support to team members.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and professional office culture.
Experience
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable liaising with people at all levels, including senior executives.
- Reliable, adaptable and committed to teamwork.

- Hours: 9:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary: £35,000-£41,000 DOE
