A world-renowned architect firm is looking for an Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate will be hard working and have excellent organisation and communication skills. You must be someone who gets on in a team but who can also take the initiative and work independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage telephone calls, emails and other correspondence for the Partners and project teams, redirecting as needed.
- Organise meetings, including room bookings, catering, logistics and presentation setup.
- Maintain studio and meeting room calendars.
- Coordinate UK and international travel.
- Provide administrative support, including document editing, translation processing, expense management and filing.
- Assist Senior Partners and Partners with diary management.
- Conduct research as requested by senior staff.
- Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the role.
- Maintain strong working relationships with senior management and colleagues.
- Ensure the studio aligns with housekeeping policies and office standards.
- Adhere to company procedures and standards.
- Undertake additional duties as directed by the Head of Office Services.
This role is 5 days and is paying £30,000 per annum plus benefits.
