Anderson Green Ltd is a leading privately owned Building Services Consultancy and we currently have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join us as an Administrator. The successful candidate will join our Administration Team in supporting our Building Services Design Engineers, based within our Nottingham office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to staff and management, including handling correspondence and preparing documents by way of creating, organizing, formatting, and finalizing written material and spreadsheets.
  • Answering phone calls, managing emails, and directing enquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Monitoring office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintaining and organising office files, both physical and digital.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Support with HR tasks, such as onboarding employees.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with office management software, such as Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive office culture.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A grade 4 or above (grade A-C) in Maths and English – Desirable.
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related role.

Schedule:

  • Full or Part time position available, to be agreed to suit the right candidate.
