The firm is accelerating its growth and seeks to hire an individual to help with a broad range of client-focused tasks.
Working in the Fund Administration team, the Senior Associate will take responsibility for a broad range of administration tasks and assume ownership of several processes. They will work closely with other team members to deliver exceptional service to investors, their financial advisers and Kin’s asset manager clients. As this is a senior role, the Senior Associate will be expected to play a key role in the continuous development of the team’s processes, procedures, skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Service Onboarding: Work with the Head of Fund Administration and the Client Service team to manage the onboarding of new Fund Administration services, for new and existing clients.
- Customer Service: Develop and manage relationships with asset manager clients; handle enquiries and instructions from clients, investors and financial intermediaries; ensure service issues are addressed promptly and efficiently; provide support to customers using Kin’s online portal and platform systems; carry out administrative tasks including investor onboarding and application processing; process instructions from clients and investors including cash and asset transactions; produce and distribute investor correspondence and reporting; ensure work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Data management: Ensure the accuracy of new and existing records; cleanse and reconcile data as required; assist with the maintenance and improvement of the Firm’s proprietary fund services system and associated database.

Skills and qualifications
- Undergraduate degree preferable but not essential.
- At least three years’ experience of an administration role in the fund management industry.
- Good general knowledge of UK investment products, preferably venture capital.
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic financial qualifications ideal but not required.
