Community & Content Manager (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Remote, with travel to events (London co-working space available) | Premium drinks brand
I'm recruiting for an award-winning, independent drinks brand that’s doing things differently. They make premium, botanical non-alcoholic drinks with real depth of flavour, stocked in leading UK retailers and some of London’s best bars. Sustainability isn’t a marketing add-on for them; it’s built into how they source, work and give back.
They’re looking for a creative, community-minded marketer to become the voice of the brand online.
This role can be part-time or full-time, depending on what suits you.
Part-time: 2 days a week (often worked as 4 half-days) | £16k (£40k FTE) + up to 10% bonus
Full-time: 4–5 days a week | £40–50k + bonus
What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day social strategy, content and community across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Concept, shoot and edit short-form video and static content
- Build, segment and optimise email flows and campaigns in Klaviyo
- Engage with followers, support creator outreach, and join the wider drinks conversation
- Track performance and use the data to keep improving
- Full-time only: plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google
What you’ll bring
- A strong portfolio of social, video, design or copy work (essential)
- Hands-on experience growing brand accounts on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Performance-driven email marketing experience (Klaviyo or similar)
- A great eye and a way with words
- Bonus: a love of food and drink, Adobe skills, or influencer and affiliate experience
- Full-time only: an interest in paid social and search, plus a data-curious mindset
- Applicants must have experience of working for a consumer brand, ideally within FMCG. Those without this experience will not be taken forward in the process.
What’s on offer
- 25 days' holiday + bank holidays, share scheme, health insurance, 5% pension, flexible hours, a training budget, paid volunteering days, and plenty of free product.
