About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable Bar Staff to join our team and help deliver great experiences for every guest who walks through the door. You’ll be the face of the pub — serving drinks, chatting with customers, and keeping the atmosphere warm, welcoming, and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve drinks efficiently and to a high standard, including pouring pints and preparing simple mixed drinks.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service and build rapport with guests.
- Maintain a clean, tidy bar area throughout your shift.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Restock fridges, rotate stock, and ensure displays look appealing.
- Support the wider team during busy periods, including running food or clearing tables when needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
