Our client is a leading global managed services company, and they’re growing at a rate of knots. Their finance team is busy, deadline driven and full of people who know their stuff, and they’re looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Officer to look after the non UK side of the business. You will be based in the Hertford office, this is not a remote role.
What you’ll be getting stuck into:
- Running the full AP process across several international Group entities, from invoices and approvals through to payments
- Multi currency payments (lots of them)
- Supplier reconciliations and sorting out any discrepancies
- Supporting month end and audits
- Liaising with senior stakeholders across procurement, finance and operations
- Spotting ways to do things better, and actually being listened to
- Helping guide and train the more junior members of the team

Requirements
- Around 4 years’ accounts payable experience
- Solid multi currency experience
- Experience working as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to talk to senior people
- A cool head when the deadlines stack up
- Navision or similar ERP experience, plus good Excel skills, would be a bonus but not essential
