We’re looking for a Commercial and Finance Support Manager to sit right at the heart of the business. Not tucked away in a back office producing reports nobody reads, but working alongside the operational, project and commercial teams, telling them what the numbers actually mean and helping them make better decisions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing the commercial insight and financial analysis that shapes business planning and protects profitability.
- Partnering with project and operations teams to track KPIs, spot risks early and improve outcomes.
- Supporting budgets, forecasts, cash flow, month end, year end and audit.
- Overseeing financial controls, governance, credit control and debtor management across the group entities.
- Getting more out of Microsoft Business Central, both in how it’s used and what can be reported from it.
- Leading the process improvements that make finance quicker, cleaner and more consistent as the business scales.
- Supporting the Accounts Receivable Manager on the trickier billing and collection issues.
Formal line management experience isn’t essential, but a willingness to guide and develop someone is.

- Modern offices, plenty of free parking and minutes from A10.
