My client is a leading provider of design, supply, build and managed services. They're a collaborative team operating in a fast-paced environment, and they need someone who knows their way around accounts receivable like the back of their hand. You'll be processing customer invoices for UK and international projects, managing cash collection, keeping credit control tight, and making sure everything adds up. They'll fully utilise your experience and get the best out of what you bring to the table.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Raising accurate customer invoices across multiple projects and jurisdictions
- Processing billing data and making sure all the supporting documentation is watertight
- Managing credit notes and invoice amendments
- Keeping the month-end and year-end processes ticking along
- Working with Microsoft Business Central to support the ERP system
- Supporting audits and keeping everything compliant
Requirements
What we're after:
- Approximately 3 years in a similar role within medium to large organisations
- Strong experience with customer invoicing and some debt collection
- Multi-currency invoicing experience would be beneficial but certainly not essential
- You know how accounts receivable processes and financial controls work
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and unflappable under pressure
- Experience in construction is a real plus but not essential
This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the business. You'll be working closely with the Commercial, Project Delivery and Finance teams.
