We are recruiting a BIM Technician to join a well-established and digitally focused building services team. This role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where BIM plays a key role in design coordination, quality, and project delivery. You’ll be involved in a broad range of projects.
Responsibilities
- Produce accurate, data-rich 3D Revit MEP models and 2D outputs
- Set up and manage MEP models in line with project and BIM standards
- Coordinate models across disciplines and resolve clashes
- Review and manage external model information
- Support BIM workflows, CDE processes, and information management
- Use automation tools such as Dynamo, DiRoots, and RF Tools to improve efficiency
Essential Experience
- Strong experience with Revit MEP
- Understanding of clash detection and coordinated design
- Ability to manage modelling tasks independently
- Familiarity with BS EN ISO 19650 standards
Desirable Experience
- Experience with AutoCAD, Solibri, and Microsoft Excel
- Interest in automation or visual programming (Dynamo)
