We’re looking for a BIM Coordinator to join a collaborative building services team. You’ll work on innovative projects, helping to deliver high-quality digital models and coordinated designs across multiple disciplines.
Job Role
- Develop and maintain BIM models for building services projects
- Run clash detection and produce coordination reports
- Support project standards, naming conventions, and information handovers
- Collaborate with colleagues and external consultants to ensure model accuracy
- Use common data environments (CDEs) such as BIM 360 or similar
- Help improve internal BIM workflows, templates, and processes
Requirements
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools
- Minimum 2 years experience on BIM-enabled building services projects
- Understanding of building services systems and construction processes
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework
- Strong organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders
